Returns Policy

Please choose your items carefully as we do not refund or exchange goods because of a change of mind.


Damaged Goods:   All goods are inspected prior to shipping, but If your item(s) are damaged then you must report this within 24hrs of receiving your order, either by Email or Phone (see contacts page for details). Damaged items will be replaced or refunded. Photographs of the damaged item(s) and original packaging will be required for assessment purposes. Please retain all original packaging for repacking if required. Please note that 4 Unique Decore will not accept liability for damaged goods that have been moved from the original delivery address.

Product Variations:  As many of our products are hand made, there will be slight variations from item to item (i.e. colour, pattern, shape, size). These are not faults or flaws in the product but part of the charm of a handmade item, each one unique in it's own way. The product photos on the website should therefore only be used as a guide. Any dimensions listed with the products will be approximate.
